The Soul of a Circle brings together women whose friendships, mentorship, sponsorship, and shared courage have shaped pathways to power. The gathering highlights pairs who model relational leadership across sectors.
Through story, witness, and collective commitment, this year’s attendees will be given a charge to actively support leaders stepping into their work — in boardrooms and living rooms, at podiums and kitchen tables, in the visible and the quiet, the public and the deeply personal.
Leave with a clear commitment: identify a woman you will actively support in this season of their leadership, and name how you will show up for them — whether by opening a door, making a connection, advocating in rooms she’s not in, or simply being a steady, trusted presence. Then follow through.
